Is Liposuction Required for an Arm Lift?

During arm lift surgery, an incision is made on the inside of the arm that goes from the elbow to the underarm area. If you also have excess fat in the upper arm that is unresponsive to traditional means of weight loss, liposuction can be used during the arm lift procedure to slim the arm as well.
