One Glow Point = $1 toward future non-surgical treatments or skincare purchases. You can start redeeming once you’ve accumulated 25 Glow Points. Want to try that new laser or curious about adding a skincare product to your routine? Your Glow Points help make it happen.

Refer.

Love your results? Share the experience. When you refer someone to The Ottawa Clinic and they complete their consultation, you’ll receive 50 Glow Points as our thank you. Your friend gets rewarded too: they’ll earn 50 Glow Points after their first qualifying treatment.

Terms & Conditions

• No cash value: Glow points have no cash value and can’t be redeemed for money, gift cards or gratuities. 
• Exclusions: Exclusions apply. Glow Points are not earned on:
  • Surgical procedures
  • Surgical garment purchases
  • Injection fees
  • Therapeutic injections
  • Metvix, Duoderm or Mepiform
  • Physician-performed injectables or lasers
  • Gift cards, taxes or gratuities 
  • No-show or cancellation fees

• Non-transferable: Glow Points cannot be shared or transferred.
• Not retroactive: Glow Points must be redeemed at time of checkout. 
• Refunds/returns: Points earned on refunded or returned purchases will be deducted from account balance.
• Promotions and other discounts: Glow Points cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Do I Need to Enroll, or Am I Already a Member?

You’re already in. Every patient at The Ottawa Clinic is automatically enrolled in Glow Rewards. No forms, no sign-up process, no extra steps required. If you’ve made a qualifying purchase, you’ve already started earning points. That means you might have rewards waiting right now! Ask our team about your current balance during your next visit.

How Do I Redeem My Points?

Once you earn at least 25 Glow Points (that’s $25 toward your next treatment), you can apply them at checkout toward any qualifying non-surgical service. Points can’t be applied retroactively or combined with other promotions or discounts, so you’ll want to choose the option that works best for each visit. 

Do My Points Expire? 

Your Glow Points stay with you as long as your account is active, ready to use anytime. Your points only expire after 12 months of account inactivity. 

If I Book Multiple Treatments in One Visit, Do I Earn Points on All of Them?

Absolutely! When you combine treatments, you earn Glow Points on every qualifying service or product. Patients who strategically combine their favorite treatments and skincare products build their rewards balance faster while achieving better overall results.

Can I Gift My Points to Someone Else?

Points are tied to your individual account and can’t be gifted to another person. If you want to treat someone special, consider using the referral program instead. You’ll both earn 50 points, and they’ll get a head start on their own rewards!
